Usually, you can expect a call from a LAMA customerservice representative to confirm your order any time between 15 mins and 2hours from the time you place your order. During busier days with ongoingpromotions, the time window may increase.
We offer same-day delivery in Lahore only if orders areconfirmed by 12 pm. For confirmed orders across Pakistan, delivery usuallytakes place within 3 to 5 working days.
After successfully placing your order, you will see your ordernumber on the screen and you will receive an email at the email addressprovided.
Your order is not final until we call and confirm your purchasewith you. Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Standard delivery charges per order are PKR 150.
We use third-party delivery services like Swift and Call Courierto facilitate deliveries to our customers nationwide.

Yes, we allow exchanges at LAMA, but if the product was orderedonline and is not damaged, you will have to pay delivery charges. Please callour customer care helpline to facilitate exchanges.
If you ordered online, you must send your parcel back to uswithin 7 days of receiving your purchase, with all original packaging and tagsintact.
Articles for exchange must be unworn, completely unaltered andtagged.

Yes, changes to orders are accepted if you immediately callcustomer care and let them know. Once the order has been processed anddispatched we will be unable to make any changes.

We do not currently have the facility to let you know when aspecific item is back in stock. However, we do tend to re-stock quitefrequently, so recommend you check back!

Please bear in mind that even though you have placed an item inyour SHOPPING BAG, this does not count as a purchase. Another customer may havechecked the item out while it was still in your shopping bag, and the productcould now be out of stock.
Your package is sealed and secured. You are required to sign forthe parcel at the time of delivery to make sure the parcel was delivered to theright person/ address.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If youwould like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest you place aseparate order for each destination.
