  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Recommend and upsell products or services to increase sales.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay informed about the products or services offered by the retail outlet.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
  • Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.
  • Help prevent theft and loss by monitoring customer activity and following loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special sales events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Effectively communicate these events to customers.
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new products and industry trends.
  • Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of LAMA assigned by the company management.
  • Qualifications:
    Matric or Intermediate degree. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar role in the retail industry is crucial.
  • Effective communication is vital for interacting with both customers and staff. Strong verbal communication skills are required to communicate professionally with the customers.
  • Ability to cross-sell, up-sell and interact with customers professionally.
  • Knowledge of best practices related to the field.
  • Professional outlook is crucial for the role.
